About the Event
This year, Pack-sensei and Saiz-sensei will be teaching all eight sessions.
If you have a local dojo that you attend, you can gather and practice there with your other members. For those without a home dojo, please feel free to travel or particpate from your home.
Topics covered will include:
- Knife defenses
- Ashi Dori Ho and Hikikomi Gaeshi
- Reversals (Kaeshi-waza) in preparation for kyoei randori
- Variations in katas: Itsustu, Suni Hishigi, Ken Tai Ichi, Kasumi
- Aiki Applications from grasp escapes (tehodoki) and body shifting (tai sabaki)
